VAT not applicable on cryptocurrency sales

As you have heard in the last webinar and Live event on cryptocurrency sales, no VAT is applied.

So, in addition to the exemption from taxation, we also have the exemption from the VAT tax (on the other hand, how could a voluntary agreement between 2 private persons who exchange products exchange products in exchange for a currency chosen voluntarily outside of those at Corso FORZOSO imposed by a state).

In this article, which you will also find in the user guide in pdf, I will explain how the insertion of costs in an article card works.

then go to the costs page and follow the example that I show you below to explain how you must correctly enter the amounts in euros of each item and relative percentages in Dinastycoin.

Let's say that you sell a product at 100Euro + VAT with VAT at 22% so you enter 122 in the field: PFull price in Euro and 22 in the field %iva.

After entering the VAT, click on the field DCY price, the software automatically calculates the value of Dinastycoin which must be paid according to the % set by DCY which by default for a new product is 100.

As in the example of the figure above we set it to 50%.

So if the exchange value were 1DCY = 1EUR in the DCY Price field you would find 100, if it were 1DCY = 2EUR (as in the example of the figure above. It is only a test not a real exchange rate) you would find 50. In any case the value of dinastycoins is calculated on the taxable amount and not on the ivate amount.

So if the percentage of 100 you set it to 50 as in the figure above.

You will see next to the words: the customer pays: Dcy 25 Euro 61.

The resulting 25DCY are calculated on a taxable amount of 100 Euro, which with a 50% percentage becomes 50Euro.

On these 50Euro apply the Dinastycoin exchange rate in the example above which is two, so the Customer would pay 50/2 = 25 DCY as, as already written on the cryptocurrency, the VAT is not applicable.

The 61 euros to be paid are calculated by applying the 22% of VAT to the 50 euros of the remaining taxable amount, therefore equal to 61 euros.

The customer will pay instead of 122 euros 61 euros and 25 dinastycoins if the exchange rate was at 2 or 50 Dinastycoin if the exchange rate was at 1.

I have given specific examples of Dinastycoin exchange with Euro, but in reality the exchanges are and will be between Dinastycoin and Bitcoin, then using the market exchange between Bitcoin and Euro, we obtain the exchange value between DinastyCoin and Euro.
